Looking for a role where you can make a real difference? Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and be the catalyst for positive change! Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where you can thrive professionally while helping others reach their full potential.

At Meaningful Milestones, we provide trauma-informed ABA (applied behavior analysis) to children ranging from ages 2-21 years old. We will teach you how to build relationships with your clients and let them know that you see them, you hear them and are there for them. You will learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance. You will also learn how to be the bringer of joy!

As an Interventionist you will work one on one with an autistic individual applying the science of applied behavior analysis; capturing and contriving teaching opportunities and collecting data throughout your session. You will get to play games, color, jump on trampolines, sing songs and be silly! You will also have the opportunity to teach your clients new skills and watch them grow and soar!

As part of our initiative to #dobetter we will teach you how to build relationships with your clients that let them know that you see them, you hear them and are there for them. We will help you learn their assent behaviors and how to manage assent withdrawal and non-assent behaviors. You will learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance. You will also learn how to be the bringer of joy!

Meaningful Milestones is a paperless company and utilizes innovative technology to advance our skills and the field of ABA. We are accredited across 3 areas as a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence; organizationally, telehealth and as a practicum site for those pursuing further education towards becoming a BCaBA or BCBA.

While working as an interventionist, you will implement programming as directed by the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor (or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) from the client’s treatment plan. During your session you will collect data using an electronic data collection system on the tablet provided by Meaningful Milestones.

During your first 90 days, you will need to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). You can find out more information about this process by visiting the bacb.com.
